Charlotte Michalowski

Law Clerk

Charlotte is currently studying a double degree of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Economics at the Australian National University. Charlotte joined the team at Boettcher in 2018 and assists the team in legal research and administrative matters. In 2017 Charlotte was the recipient of the Elizabeth Allen Prize for Foundations of Australian Law and the ACT Law Society Prize for Contracts. At ANU, Charlotte is currently part of the Academic Program team for her residential college and was previously part of the Peer-Assisted Learning team at her college and part of a mentorship program at the ANU College of Law.

In 2004, Charlotte moved from Essen, Germany to Australia. Since moving to Australia Charlotte has continued to speak, study and tutor in German. Charlotte' s German background allows her to assist the principal and the solicitors at Boettcher Law in their Austrian and German matters. Currently, Charlotte is part of the mentorship program run jointly between the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and the ANU College of Business and Economics designed to encourage young women to pursue careers in economics.
